Kinslow, Keith and Todd brought the design after being asked by Tulsa People magazine to explore how to rejuvenate the downtown area in the United States. "This concept started as a way to get the revolving restaurant at the location that is high enough to be seen from the city center, the Arkansas River, and Osage hill. Along the design, we found a method how to make the building more attractive than just racing at the restaurant," said Co-founder Kinslow, Keith & Todd, Andrew Kinslow. "Tornado Alley" was created as high as 90 meters, with an area over two floors warehouse-era relics, 1920. The location is at a safe distance from the area of ​​local tourist attractions, BOK Center and Cox Business Center. The exterior of the building will be made of a mixture of glass and perforated metal. Grass roof is projected into the park for the Oklahoma native grasses and plants. Unfortunately, until now, the architect is not yet have a sponsor to realize his ideas. However, they had been approached by several developers who want to add home and office into the design of Tornado Alley. Kinslow, Keith, & Todd himself hopes to collaborate with science and technology consultant, John Kerry, who also has been exploring the idea of ​​a museum in Oklahoma weather.
